Captain Juliano Santos and his wife Kelsey, share beautiful accents because they are from Brazil. They also have a daughter Julia 
age 12. Juliano has been involved in the Salvation Army since he was 11 years old. He has a post graduate degree in leadership., and spent seven years in the military with specialty of logistics and organization in catastrophes, what we call Disaster Relief. Juliano has worked for the Salvation Army for 17 years. In addition, he’s quite a musician, who not only plays the guitar, but the keyboards and trumpet as well. So in Juliano, we have a one-man band.
