Armed with a teaching credential in Career Technical Education from UCLA and certification as a Supported Employment Specialist from North Texas University, Sylvia possesses a formidable arsenal of knowledge and skills. Her journey began in the trenches, where she honed her craft in management roles, imparting invaluable lessons in self-advocacy and employment skills to countless individuals on the spectrum and finding successful employment for many.

Since 2019 Sylvia's role as the Program Coordinator for Brainstorm Productions’ Animation Training Academy stands as a testament to her unwavering commitment to fostering opportunities for clients.
