After a long and successful career in sales and marketing of financial products, Nancy Weisel decided it was time to address her bucket list. It was
give-back time. She joined the Rotary Club of Redondo Beach.A native New Yorker, she worked her way across the country and settled with her husband, Jim Benton (a cowboy from Oklahoma, in Redondo Beach 22 years ago.
After spending so much time worrying about herself and her husband, and preparing for retirement, she realized it was now time to help others. Hence her interest in Rotary and all the things Rotarians do to help both domestically and internationally, “I’ve never looked back,” she said. “I look forward to tomorrow and what the future brings, and am excited to include Rotary in it.”
